I’m guessing you’ve found this page because you are ready for something to change.
You’ve probably scrolled on every local gym and personal trainers page, visited all the usual slimming club sites, probably googled ‘how much weight can I loose in 6 weeks'‘ and maybe even been tempted to try those detox teabags….again!
Sound familiar?
Then I’m here to support you on a different approach. Improving your health, loosing weight and generally being a happier, more confident you, doesn’t have to be complicated.
I know this, because I’ve been there too and I struggle with all the same things you do.
Admitting that, has held me back from helping others for years. It is only recently that I have realised that it is actually that, that makes me a great coach and I would love to be able to work with you!
A little bit more about me…

My story
I’m a keen hockey player, I’ve run marathons, competed in triathlons…the list goes on. But here is the thing, I have always struggled with my weight and I’ve never really been what you would describe as ‘fit’. Consequently I’ve spent years jumping from one fad diet or exercise craze to another. Yep, I’ve tried the teabags too!!
Numerous failed attemps, age, research and experience has taught me that health is less about the 1 hour you spend sweating your t**s off in the 6:30am spin class, and more about the other 23 hours of the day. It is also definitely more than just a number on a scale or something that you can improve overnight.
It was this wake up call that led to me drastically improving my own health in recent years, in more ways than can be seen from any before and after pictures.
I am by no means perfect, and am still very much a work in progress; but after working for 20 years in the waste industry, lockdown and a change of circumstances gave me the kick up the arse I needed to change career. I have finally put my MSc in Behaviour Change and years of experience working with people to successfully change their habits to good use so that I can help people to avoid the same mistakes and waste the same amount of money as I have.
Improving your health doesn’t have to be complicated, restrictive or boring and you deserve to be more than just ok! Whether it is a gentle push or a huge kick up the backside you need to reach your goals, I’ve got your back!
