Sports massage.
Sports massage treatments are carried out after a full consultation, postural assessment and range of motion testing. Every session is tailored to your needs to target specific issues or to manage and prevent reoccurring problems. Sessions can include deep tissue manual massage, dry cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation and passive stretching. You will be provided with aftercare advice and stretching techniques to make sure you get the most out of every treatment.

Detox Massage
Combining the exfoliation and cleansing properties of body brushing with gentle lymphatic drainage massage techniques to help eliminate excess fluids in the body and reduce swelling. This full body treatment is extremely relaxing and can help improve the appearance of your skin and give your immune system a boost, improving your body’s ability to fight infection.
Detox Massage (90 mins) £60
Fire cupping
Alongside manual deep tissue massage, a fire cupping session involves using an open flame to warm glass cups which are applied to the skin for all the benefits of a regular cupping session but with an added warming, therapeutic boost.

At your initial appointment you will receive a full consultation, postural analysis and range of motion testing. We will then decide on an appropriate treatment together, based on your needs.
Treatments can include manual deep tissue massage, dry cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation and passive stretching.
You will also be provided with appropriate after care and stretching advice to make sure you get the most out of your session.

There are a range of benefits associated with massage including reduced muscle tension, increased range of motion, reduced stiffness and soreness after a workout, improved sleep quality and reduced stress levels.

Initial appointments are 75 minutes to ensure a full and thorough consultation before your treatment. Subsequent sessions are 60 minutes.
Longer treatments are available should you wish to address a number of issues or prefer a more relaxing treatment such as the detox massage or full body sports massage.

Your massage may include passive stretching and changing positions, so it is important you feel comfortable. It is recommended that you wear shorts and ladies should wear a rear fastening sports bra.
You may also want to wear something that you don’t mind getting a bit of massage oil on.

This will differ from person to person, and whilst there are benefits from regular massage, you may find that we are able to resolve your issue in just one or two sessions.

How often you have a massage depends on a number of factors including your training intensity, your training schedule, your goals and your budget. I can make recommendations based on your individual circumstances and have a range of block booking packages that offer best value for money.

Pain is subjective and whether or not you will find massage painful depends on factors such as how you are feeling on the day, what area is being massaged, what training you have undertaken and your mood.
Some massage techniques may cause discomfort but I will work with you to ensure that we stay within a range that is acceptable to you.

Yes, you can purchase block bookings of 3, 5 or 7 treatments. These offer best value for money.

After your massage you should ensure you stay well hydrated to help your kidneys eliminate any waste products and where possible avoid caffeine or alcohol.
You should also avoid any strenuous exercise and rest. Gentle movement is however recommended and you should follow any stretching advice you are given in your session.
You may also want to make that post-massage feeling last even longer by booking your next session.
